They better enjoy this now...cause Boston will NOT allow this.

Not so sure. Toronto did some damage to their porous D. And the Rangers are inept offensively speaking. The pens technically have two interchangeable "first" lines.

Pit is super super lucky they got to face the 8th and 7th seeds. They aren't good enough to beat a good team at full strength. Again luckily for them once they face Boston the bruins will be much more tired and beat up.

Jesus this level of play is like echl. Yikes. Shift after shift guys are wide open everywhere. No coverage, no structure and no system. Pens games always seem to be this way in the playoffs.

It doesn't matter what kind of style they play. As long as the defense plays somewhat decent, they get decent but not great goaltending and there offense shows up like this then there almost unstoppable. There like a football team that puts up 30-40 pts. a game (Patriots, Packers) and only needs there defense to be respectable and create a few turnovers.

Gonchar and Anderson on the shorty. Implosion

That should be a simple play for Gonchar right there. He looked really silly there. Not on Anderson.

I've seen better defense played in all star games than what Ottawa has displayed tonight.

At least we know Pens are close to peaking in case the Rags make the unthinkable comeback.

Jesus Christ man. Wait until the Rangers actually win a damn game. Ottawa has actually won a game in this series. If any team has a chance of coming back then the odds are much better for Ottawa.

Not that I think they will come back.

Lundqvist may be counting his lucky stars he doesn't have to see these guys. For example, if it's the pens last night in that first period, they probably bury 2 at minimum.

what in the world....

please when is this 2nd round going to end? 1 game a night or 2 at most is getting tiresome.

Looks like I was right when comparing the Pens path to finals to our's last year. Struggle against a very talented, young, and up and coming team that no one thought had a chance in the first round and then coast relatively easily to the finals. Wish I was wrong because I don't really care for them but its most likely gonna happen. Boston will give them a fight but I don't think they have enough. Similar to the Rangers against us last year.

Craig had no reason to attempt the sweeping poke check.

You guys here that. Bruins AHL affiliate blew a 3 games to 0 series lead and lost the series to Wilkes Barre.
Boston should take notice and give 100% tomorrow night to close the series.

This is borderline insanity with you and this comeback crap.

Serious question. Do you legitimately get paranoid about lots of things? Cause if you don't then I still maintain you want a Rangers win.

Islanders are the real deal. After that series, Brooks Orprik was very complimentary of them. That's why people underestimated the penguins after that series.

WB just rolled off 4 straight wins.
It's not out of the question.

Crosby is the most talented man i've ever hated

I've never hated Crosby. Maybe it's because the Devils have never played him in the playoffs. That goal in the Olympics hurts but Canada had the better team and it was only a matter of time.
