The first two weren't Miller's fault. They were deflected by his own teammates, but then he fell apart on goals 3 and 4 and got the yank. Enroth had an own goal also put in by one of his skaters.

Even the long-shot Devils playoff chances are pretty much done, shame considering the injuries we've suffered... but I'm okay with at least playing a role in who grabs the 8th spot.

Florida isn't beating anyone rest of the season.. they have eyes on first overall.
Gonna root for it until its mathematically impossible but it's over. Seriously what a shame because we're so much better than this. Kind of what happens when you lose 10 games in a row down the stretch.

Honestly I agree with you, but we don't have to be eliminated Sunday. Win tomorrow, win Sunday, and if we get eliminated because Florida and the Canes are in tank mode so be it at that point.
If only we had Zuccarello, we'd be unbeatable.

Look we aren't eliminated, but the odds are almost zero because of the amount of out of town help we need.
All we can do and root for is for the team to take care of its own business this weekend. If we are meant to get that lucky to have the Rags collaspe then we will next week, if not it will not be because we lost to the damn Panthers or Rags this weekend.

The Devils have a hard time with these creatures like Markstrom, and play like a bunch of ******* during the regular season against Clemmensen. We'd have to hope for some crap goals like the one he gave up to Clarkson last game, or like he was last night against the Rangers.

Pad monsters eat up the Devils because they don't do enough to disrupt them. Key is shoot from any angle and get him moving side to side.
Cocky? More like Florida is absolutely mailing it in.
Zuccarello will be right back abroad at the end of the season. Excellent young players don't fail in making the NHL twice (soon to be three..).

Crapper is a pad monster too. Hard to believe he's only 6 foot 3 as he looks as big as Markstrom. We usually try to shoot on them straight on. You need a whole lot of screens, deflections, rebounds, and get him moving to score.
Or you can be any team other than the Devils and shoot it right through them. Kinda like Reimer last night against the Isles, and the Pens against Bishop the other night.
Hate? nope.. just don't think he's the next Gretzky like you and it amazes me how you're higher on the guy than most Rangers fans

If we wasn't a Rag I would get his jersey.....may be not but if he were a Devil I definitely would.
But our Euro scouts would never discover top end talent like Zucs anyway.

It is the truth though. Our team struggles against big goalies. Though our team has been struggling on everybody now. You could put little Chris Terreri in net for the other team, and they'd lose.Oh please. If we drafted Zucarello, you'd be bashing them for that pick. All of our "busts" have played more in the NHL than he and contributed more significantly.
Go look at his NHL stats. Please, explain how he's a top end talent that hasn't been able to stay in the NHL for more than 10 games the past two years.
