We have Markov, Subban, Diaz, Bouillon to a lesser extent, and then Beaulieu, Nygren, Bennett etc. that are all 'breakout passes' or 'rush the puck out' kind of D.

We need someone who 'can wheel and clear the crease'!

Markov has maybe 1-3 years left and his skating is pretty much shot. What's your answer when he is gone?
Diaz is soft as butter and was a train wreck in the play-offs.
Bouillon is the perfect example of having 0 puck skills. Tell me, do you enjoy watching our rare cycles get killed by a weak Bouillon point shot? I don't.

Beaulieu wouldl be moved for Coburn.
Nygren has yet to play a game in the AHL, what are we anointing him a NHL prospect yet?
Bennett is in college.
