I agree. Goals at the start of the season still count too.

I would like to bring Clarkson back as long as the price is right. $4m per season is a fair price. $5m I would accept grudging, anything more he should be let go.

I would do 4 years at 4 million max, I dont think thats enough to sign him but I couldn't see him getting more in terms of years from us nor do I think he's worth more than that money wise. You can look at the players who are similar to him and not many make more than that and I'd take every one of em over him to be honest. I like Clarkie but I think whoever is filling his head with the thoughts of a huge payday are screwing him in the long run.
