Make that Sigh last for five syllables, and you have yourselves a haiku.

Nothing wrong with the locker-room. It's basically the same cast last year minus Parise. It's a largely a talent issue on the top two lines, which are exarcerbating other problems. Look at the numbers of the so-called Big Guns during this losing streak. They don't lie.
They aren't getting any goaltending and have to chase every game. That wears on a team and makes it difficult.

You just need to get stops and be able to play from ahead. Easier game then. Offensively Kovalchuk needs to switch wings. He needs to be in a shooting position more often, that isn't happening on the right wing. It is a simple fix.
What's messed up is that the Rangers grabbed Roman Hamrlik off waivers. To me, that would have made more sense for us than grabbing Metropolis. (Whatever his name)
yeah i have been one to not fret to much over him being used on RW, but now its to the point where you should put him on LW just for the sake of trying something new. hell, id throw him on the left side with clarkson on his right and insert whichever centerman you choose.
This. Let's all jump on Lou because all of our moves have to come at once. Top 6 scoring forwards aren't available right now. When the market opens up in a couple of weeks and a trade is there, it'll happen. Right now, it's on our own very talented forwards to start putting the puck in the net.
something wrong in the lockerroom? How on earth would any of you possibly know that? So full of crap
Problem is it might already be too late in two weeks.
seems pointless. Trade him to pittsburgh for a pick. Trade the pick for someone better.
It won't be. We don't need like a metric ton of things to improve to win games. We just need some kind of effective line set up and the goaltending to improve.
To say we don't have enough talent in our top 6 to make the playoffs is silly panic talk. Kovy, Elias, Zajac, Henrique, Clarkson are all top 6 guys more then talented enough to carry a team. We need one more but for a playoff run not to end a slump. We are just in the most unfortunate times where they all went cold at once.
Plus that doesn't even count guys like Loki and CBGB who are capiable of chipping on goals too.
The talent and team is there. Sometimes you can't explain why things are going bad.
I hope Lou drops a muther effin bombshell! (Friesen/Tverdovksky style) Something is wrong in that locker room this is very reminiscent of the Langenbrunner era. I think as bad as it appears, we have to make a decision if we're in or out of the playoffs and acquiring help is the difference. Does anyone feel the same?
edit: very saddened by Salvador and Elias set back in speed.
