Joe Flacco doing a lot of the same as Geno. Holding onto the ball too long and overthrowing receivers. Yet the difference is the Ravens have better WRs and a better O-Line for pass protection.

Exactly. People want Simms nut Simms i girantee would have teh same problems. the reason why Brady and Manning are so succesful is because they have a ton of time to throw the ball. geno has 0.5 seconds

Answer: yes. 11 incompletions. 5 drops.

This is why I don't get why some are so down on Geno. His stats are similar to most rookies. He's no Luck or RGIII, but who really is?

Get him some receivers and some better pass protection and let him go off. Jets need a #1 WR more than any team in the league. Maybe you guys sign Nicks and draft one.

I don't have to avoid getting down on Geno b/c of how bad some others are. He screws up more than enough on his own to warrant the criticism and doubt. My feeling is the atrociousness of those around him may be causing others to give him a pass when he shouldn't be getting one. Maybe they all just blow

Oh, I don't disagree, man. He deserves criticism. But he's just like most rookies. Like I said, he's better than what Eli was his rookie year. That should say something. I really wish he got to sit for the whole year and learn what not to do.

I agree he shoulda sat this year. let Quinn or Simms tank the team why expose the "franchise" to this clown show?

It bears mentioning Sanchez was every bit as bad with the same cast around him so that means a great deal of course. But it doesn't mean Geno doesn't suck absolute horse scrote. So I dunno which is which all I know is how to be pissed off by three years of this crap.

He's hitting wide open WR's now but he has to make the throw where there's just a small window to fit the ball into, he needs to drop balls into the WR's hands. I haven't seen that from him. Perfect example get it over the ****ing WR's head and drop it in instead he just guns it straight ahead and there's a pickoff

That was actually a solid breakdown of the play. Hopefully Geno learns something from that. The WR needs to do a bit more once he sees the CB undercut him, but I think that was mostly on Geno (plus just a nice play in general).
