just like when you transfer your tickets, it cancels the old barcode and generates a new one.

This year is different for the print option. The PDF tickets actually get the exact same barcodes as your hard tickets, barcodes don't get cancelled unless you explicitly tell the system to re-issue

Any Ranger fans want to go to Isles Canucks for free tonite ? See our old pal Torts. Call or text me 917 400 0840. Will meet you there. Thanks!

Hey Guys -

Wasn't sure if there was a particular existing thread that this should go in and if so I apologize in advance. Basically I am interested in getting either a full or half season package starting next season and wanted to see if you guys could offer up some advice on feasible this may be and if there are any tricks to it?

Financially, I'd prefer to be in the 400s but could probably swing the cheaper parts of the 200s if it comes to that.

Thanks,

The appropriate thread (correct me if i'm wrong guys) would be the 2013-14 ticket prices thread... As for getting tickets in the 400's and 200's your first year, you have no shot at them man... you'll be lucky to get a full season plan under $150 a ticket in the lower bowl your first year. Just gotta pay for the lower bowl your first year and hope to get lucky with cheaper seats during the relocation phase your second year.

This is my first year as a STH, and I am going to have a bunch of games for sale during the season. Still sorting out which future games, but for starters I have:

Oct 31 vs. BUF
Nov 2 vs. CAR
Nov 4 vs. ANA
Nov 10 vs. FLA

I have 2 seats which are Gallery Row 2, Sec 202. Selling for face ($82) plus paypal fees which can be waived if the $ is sent as a gift.

I also still have a pair to the home opener (Oct 28 vs MTL) I picked up during the pre-sale, Sec 226, Row 13, Seats 3 and 4, available. Just looking to recoup my cost of $318.10 for the pair.

Willing to listen to offers for the home opener.

Adding some more games:

Dec 2 vs. WPG
Dec 10 vs. NSH
Dec 15 vs. CAL

Thanks for the reply, full season at that price is out of the question financially. Is there any advantage to getting like a mini plan? Are you then given at least some level of priority to upgrade? I apologize for being so green on this but I'm 25 and just now am starting to make enough money to think about attending a couple games a year.

Mini plan or half season plan is a good way to get your foot in the door. You'll have priority to get seasons when they open up over those who just placed a deposit. As an example, someone on here got a 10 game plan in the old 200's in 11-12 just to get some priority. Couldn't get full seasons for last season but was able to get a half season plan in 208. He now has full seasons this year in the $76 range.

If you're looking strictly at the 400's and upper 200's ($53-$56 price range), it's basically slim to none. No one up there is really looking to give up their seats and there's always people looking to downgrade those seats. If you talk to a rep and get some kind of plan this year though, it wouldn't be farfetched to get something in the current $76-$82 price range for next year.

I have the following seat available
Section 207
Row 2
Seat 5

Price is $82 (Face Value) and includes all fees

Thu Oct 31 Buffalo 7:00 PM
Sat Nov 2 Carolina 7:00
Wed Nov 6 Pittsburgh 7:30 PM
Sun Nov 10 Florida 7:00 PM
Sun Nov 17 Los Angeles 7:00 PM
Sat Dec 7 Devils 7:30 PM
Sun Dec 8 Capitals 7:00 PM
Thu Dec 12 Blue Jackets 7:00 PM
Sun Dec 15Flames 7:00 PM
Wed Dec 18 Pittsburgh 8:00 PM
Fri Dec 20 Islanders 7:00 PM
Sun Dec 22Wild 7:30 PM
Mon Dec 23 Maple Leafs 7:00 PM

Please send me a PM.

One of the main issues with the half/partial plans is they do tiered pricing. The tickets will NOT be the same price as they are face value from a season ticket plan. Once you do get a partial plan though, you will receive an 'account manager' who will be a main point of contact that you can establish a relationship with. Once that relationship is established it makes it a little easier to get queries answered as far as availability of specific seats and price points and what not.

Yep. For half season plans it could be $5-$10 more per ticket compared to full season prices. Little more for mini plans.

So, a scammer could sell the hard tickets to one person, sell printed tickets to another and it is just a matter of who gets to the gate first? So dumb.

Unfortunately, it seems like these account managers are turning over fairly quickly. I have had 3 in the last 3 years and about 5 different account managers over the last 6.

3/26 Tickets wanted

I'm looking for two tickets to MSG (Flyers at Rangers). I'm not picky on where they are, but would prefer good seats over cheap seats. I will be in town for a week and would love to get to tickets to this game. Please PM me.

This is true. They do at least turn it over to someone else who does reach out to you. I had the same one for the last 3 years (whom actually just left and I do not know who the new one is yet) but had 2 over the previous 4.

If you can do it, call up the ticket office and get a mini plan. Not sure what's still available but I keep getting emails that some mini plans still exist. You def would have a foot in the door and a much better chance at getting at least a reasonable half or full plan next year as you will be given priority over the general public.

probably bridges barstool plans at $140+ per ticket

Yeah I spoke with a ticket rep and there are 9 game mini plans available but the lowest price is section 111 at $143 a seat. I'm not crazy about paying that much per game but it sounds like it may be my only option to get my foot in the door (no pun intended).

Oct 31 - 2 tickets in Sect 213 Row 7 on the aisle

Looking to cover my cost (face value of $76 per ticket) but willing to negotiate reasonable offers. Please contact me at [email protected] if interested in attending the game.

Thanks
Rich

I had a mini-plan last year. The tickets were $20 over STH price, which sucked, but I am happy to say i was able to get season tickets this year (row 2 gallery, $82). I built up a good relationship with the rep, which helped. I even got rights to a few seats for last year's playoffs.

I have 2 tickets vs Hurricanes on Saturday 11/2
Section 220, Row 1 Gallery Seats
In the corner at end the Rangers shoot 1st and 3rd periods.

Asking face value $135 per ticket plus paypal fees.

email [email protected]

Rangers v Islanders at Coliseum!

My friend bought a bunch as a FUNDRAISER for a great Non Profit she runs, helping cancer patients/survivors.

Seats are in sections 315 -320, Rows M-O

The face is $59 + $13 Fees.

The group wanted $100 DONATION, which also included a chance to win Islanders Team Signed Jersey, and a free T-shirt.

Well, she has a bunch of tickets left, and is getting upset that group will actually lose money. She will sell tickets for $72 (no entry in Jersey raffle), and I will throw in a FREE BEER (if 21)!

Or you could help out this GREAT organization, and Donate the full $100, get ticket, T Shirt, chance at team signed jersey (Islanders), free beer (if 21)!

Don't know if this is an additional selling point, but I have a group going to Islanders v Rangers at MSG, Friday Night, Dec 20 (not a charity). Hottest ticket of season! If you donate the full $100 to her organization, I will sell you an equal amount of tickets for the Dec 20 game. They are on the Dreaded BRIDGE! $140 each, which is face. So $240 for tickets to 2 Islander v Ranger games, one at Coliseum, 1 at MSG!

Check out organizations website, it is truly a great cause!

I was wondering if you could help a confused swede out? I am going to new york in December and I would really like to see the games against the devils and the capitals. Do you know an easy way I can get tickets? Would really appreciate some help :) :)

Take a look at the posts in this thread, many season ticket holders have listed games they have available for sale. If you don't see what you're looking for, check ticketmaster.
