The worst part about these limited tickets released for sale is that these brokers and scalpers have already paid off Ticketmaster employees to pull tickets just as they are released.
I'm a partial plan holder. I've just gotten an email from the season subscriber office about an offer for SCF tickets.. This was their 'deal' :
$4,000 or so for 4 tickets in the 200s for every game.
So far so good.
However I would also have to purchase $25,000 worth of NY Liberty tickets, bringing the total to $29,000!!!! Are they insane?? I guess I appreciate the offer, but for $29k I can buy very good seats to all 7 games including hotel and airfare and not be stuck with worthless WNBA tickets.. Unbelievable..![]()
2 tickets left in the suite who wants them.. Selling below face on these guy backed out

All comes down to net cost and if the reasonable expectation of losses for those dog tickets is greater or less than the premium on Ranger playoff tickets. I can't see liberty tickets going for more than pennies on the dollar. I respect the ladies and their skill level, but the WNBA is probably going to fold one day. There's just no spectator demandJust like the W.O.P.R. said, the only winning move is not to play... No way would I buy a season package for something I feel is way way way overvalued.

Hi guys, I have a question for those who are more experienced with buying tickets. I'm going to try to go to the Staples Center on Saturday for game 2, but I want to wait until the last minute to buy tickets (prices for game 1 were down to $200 on stubhub with about 30 minutes to go before the game). Do you know if I buy tickets on my phone on stubhub, if I can just use the barcode on my phone to get in? Or do I need a paper copy? Is this an arena-specific question (i.e. should I be asking Kings fans?)

Tickets will not scan off of your phone if purchased from stubhub. Their should be a stubhub pickup center near staples center, if they are instant download tickets you can go there and have them print them
There's a Kinkos about 6 blocks away on south hill and west 12th, next to the starbucks. Closed on weekends though. There's a Staples on Wilshire, not sure if they have print kiosks
Hm. I work in Century City, so I figure that's a bit far to make to the rink within 20 minutes. Maybe I could walk into one of the nearby hotels and ask to use their printer?
Does stubhub email the tickets to me when I buy them?
Do you think game 7 will go down in prices too if it happens or that it will stay around the 1,000 mark? Thinking on pulling the trigger for ticks
Yes, but you have to login obviously to download them. And this of course is assuming they're Electronic/Instant Download tickets.
you can do that on any smartphone. If it's not download, then he's good to go because he can pick up at the stubhub location![]()
You can usually print at SH locations. I just don't want to give advice because I"m not familiar with any LA based SH locations.
