i'll tell ya, if i had a chance to fly out to LA, i would have already left/would be flying out in a few hours. those tickets are nothing compared to the prices here.

you'd be able to get in the door tonight in the $100's

2000 unsold tickets on stubhub with 10 hours to go, and that's not including the hundreds (thousands?) of unsold tickets at the box office

I'm really pissed. I went to sleep early last night. I signed up to be in the lottery for tickets and wasn't notified at all regarding the public sale. I signed up for all their mailing lists as well. What a pathetic organization, no wonder no one was there to buy tickets, people probably had no clue.

Edit: Wow, just went on ticketmaster and for game 1 there is a ton of tickets left. Unreal. Where's that huge LA market I've been hearing about?

It's cheaper to go to Game 7 in LA then it is to walk in the door for Any Rangers home game.

Absolutely nothing to be pissed about, was a complete waste of time, they only offered game 1 at costs more than stubhub prices.

Actually, they released other games for the presales. AHB is right, they didn't notify anybody about the lotto results. I had to dig to find one measly presale and there was maybe 100 tickets for game 7 that sold out in seconds

I just don't understand how you're an organization who literally has people entering a lottery to win tickets and you don't even notify them of a PUBLIC sale. I am sure there are people like me who are kings fan that want to go tonight but have no clue tickets are for sale since they entered a lottery and are waiting to hear.

You are literally missing out on a market that is freely asking to give you money.

I hear you but the Rangers did the same thing. They hid the public sale and told almost no one. They're trying to cut out the scalpers and let in only the most informed local fans so they have the best shot at getting tickets before the resellers and away fans

No team cares about single game buyers.

What are people's thoughts on sitting in the Chase Bridge seats?

They're great. Better then lower bowl in most areas.

I understand that, but when you're a team that can't sell out a SCF game, you'd think they'd take more initiative. Also, I'm pretty sure the Rangers sent me a couple things regarding sales. Obviously I don't focus on them as much, since I have tickets already, but I think they may have sent me something. Regardless, they're not worried about selling out. They know they will.

I'm assuming if the Kings can't sell game 1 tonight, that they've already had this problem with past playoff games that weren't the finals. Which means they should be begging people, especially people who willingly ask to be notified, to buy tickets.

Best seats I have ever had ever. You can't get that perspective anywhere else

Did you sit in the 1st or 2nd row of the bridges? In the 2nd row you have to look through 2 panes of glass whiz I think is annoying

If the bridges are the best seats you ever sat in, what are the 2nd best seats you ever sat in?

I have 1st row Gallery seats and the sight-lines are great and nobody in front of you to block your view. You're also not nearly as far from the ice as when you sit in the bridge seats. Obviously a matter of opinion.

I sat in the first row on the bridge. The second best seats I had were gallery seats. You may be higher up in the bridge, but you have an almost literal birds eye view of the ice. There are no blind spots at all. If you're sitting in the gallery you still have that 3 feet of ice behind that near wall that you can't see

Just curious if anybody has any feedback on the 2nd row bridge seats looking through 2 panes of glass. I think if Stubhub would give you the option of listing 1st row Gallery seats with the 200 level corners I think they would be easier to sell.

Most people don't even know what a Gallery seat is.

I'm a partial plan holder. I've just gotten an email from the season subscriber office about an offer for SCF tickets.. This was their 'deal' :

$4,000 or so for 4 tickets in the 200s for every game.

So far so good.

However I would also have to purchase $25,000 worth of NY Liberty tickets, bringing the total to $29,000!!!! Are they insane?? I guess I appreciate the offer, but for $29k I can buy very good seats to all 7 games including hotel and airfare and not be stuck with worthless WNBA tickets.. Unbelievable.. :shakehead

damn - where are those liberty seats? Does anyone know if Liberty Delta Club come with the same quality of food & offerings as the Rangers Delta Club?

Are you sure the deal wasn't that they pay you $25,000 to watch all the NY Liberty games? At that amount I might be tempted.

There are 25k worth of Liberty Tickets???? Are these lifetime seats?

I sat second row on the media side. Had glass tables and outlets. It was one of the low demand games where the rangers were offering deals bc no media cared about a game vs the sabers after we clinched.

View was great, though I remember having to lean over at some points. I have 2nd row gallery season tickets. If they are at the same point on the ice (ie both on red line or both on blue line, etc), I prefer the gallery seats.

They clearly are so used to talking about tickets that they threw that word in there by mistake. They're offering to sell you the Liberty for $25K.

I'd throw em back.

I sometimes wonder how many ticket brokers read or are posters on the board?
