Someone mentioned this in the postgame thread: Melo is the first player to take at least 35 shots in a playoff game and make no more than 10 since Michael Jordan in 1997.

That game was also a game 4 road loss by seven points that cut the series lead to 3-1. That series was also the only series in the shot clock era in which a team won the first 3 games and gave up fewer than 80 points in each of them, until the Knicks did it in Games 1-3. The ’97 Bulls ended up winning their series in 5 games and eventually won the NBA Championship that season.

The Celtics act like they are back in it lol. They fail to realize that it took jr smith suspension, melo having his worst shooting night, and some home cooking by the refs to give them a win. They still blew a 20 point lead and if Melo hits 1 damn free throw its over. I expect the Celtics to get slaughtered in Game 5 in MSG

Agreed. I think the Knicks destroy them.

They also suck on the road.

Former Knick Tracy McGrady is finally in the 2nd round.

I was so pumped when we got him, but I was a very casual fan back then and thought he was the same TMac that averaged 27 pts a game. lol.

He is my favorite player of all time because he was a boss in the 3 pt contests and dunk contests in the NBA Live games.

I hope Spurs win it if the Knicks can't.

Maybe as a backup. And I'm a big fan of Felton that defended him when people were bashing him earlier in the year.
 
Why is J.R Smith still in the game? Woodson needs to recognize when guys don't have it.

Knick fans can deny it all they want, J.R let Terry get into his head in a blowout game, up 3-0.
If the Knicks lose this game, he changed the series.

I'm not too worried. Knicks were due for a bad loss. If JR played in game 4, it would've been a sweep. Celtics are in a for a rude awakening if they think they can win this series.
 
Why don't they drive to the paint consistently? Yeah, it can get rough and physical but Boston is prone in committing penalties.

But our little divas need to shoot 3s and our brain dead coach doesn't have the fortitude to bench players who are playing like ****.
