Enjoying this Knicks atmosphere. Always love a good crowd.

Also, its aiding my **** mood after tonights game. :(

Awesome 2nd half, third quarter seemed insane, watching the 3rd back on the DVR now since I chose the Rangers game instead ugh.

After 2 games, Copeland and Novak: 37 mins 1-7 FG 2 REB 2STL

But no, STAT shouldn't come back because that lazy locker-room cancer goon idiot, etc, etc, is going to ruin our chemistry.

How fun is it watching JR Smith when he's on? When the guy is focused, and making his shots, he's pretty much impossible to shut down.

I think we NEED STAT to be able to make it to the finals. Copeland and Novak are playing pretty poorly. Stat off the bench for 20 a night would be ideal. First few games back he'll be a little rusty. He'll likely have a 1-11 come back night like he did when he first came back for us this season, but he can take a few games to get the rust out when he comes back against the Pacers. I think we match up well with Indiana (without Granger). They'll be tough but I think manageable.

Felton, Prigs, Shump, Melo, Tyson - Unit 1
Some varation of Felt/Prigs/Melo, Kidd, JR, Amare, Kenyon - Unit 2

Novak succeeds when the Knicks move the ball. The Celtics and Pacers are both excellent defensive teams who know how to rotate and limit ball movement.

When Chandler is getting points in the paint, it opens up the wings for open 3's. The last two games, the Knicks have been shooting nothing but jump shots -- usually covered.

They need to start whipping the ball around -- I think Kidd and Prigioni make this happen.

I wouldnt sour too much on Novak. It's the postseason. Comp is tougher. He's good and burying those daggers when the Knicks are building on a decent lead. He's not the kind of guy who can shoot you back into a game on a consistent basis.

I don't know how the NBA cap works but he needs to be cleared off our books so we can retain JR. JR is much more valuable to this team than Novak is.
