In 6 games this season vessel has ended up with more ice time than both Buch and Kreider. On another 2 occasions he's made more ice time than Buch but less than Kreider, and there's 1 more game where it's vice-versa

Honestly, if we just played our best lines and pairings more, we'd be in a better spot.

This "balance" dogma Vigneault is blabbing about is full of shit.

We have two legitimate lines this season, not three. We have to take 4 minutes away from the 3rd line and 2 minutes from the 4th line and give 3 more each to the top two lines. The forwards can play more. Other teams lean heavily on their top pairing defensemen, 26-28 minutes. Why can't we do 24-26 minutes for the two top pairs? Hopefully Smith is back on track after 2 weeks off. I'd love to see more of last year's smith on the top 4 with McDonagh or Skjei. Holden is just so untalented.
