LOL it’s literally the first game of the season. The entire month of the October is basically the extension of the preseason, yet we are going to use this one game to judge the team and the fate of the season right now?

Confirmation biases out of control.

It’s not some huge stretch. We’ve been saying for months it’s a diminished roster with holes in key areas, a lack of offensive firepower, questionable group chemistry. All of that was confirmed in their first live-fire test. That’s not confirmation bias, it’s simple observation of how they played. What else are people supposed to say? That they scored a lot and Freddie came in clutch at the end?
