You're not wrong. Green was actually specifically asked about Del Zotto and talked about how hard he tries and how he hits.

I guess "ability to play hockey" isn't the top thing he, an NHL coach, looks for.

I wouldn't consider Horvat untouchable.

Would move him for a bonafide bluechip dman around the same age. This team has NOTHING coming up the pipeline aside from a mediocre Juolevi.

No player is truly UNTOUCHABLE.

But he's untouchable in the sense it would take an overpayment to pry him away.

He's like the Jonathan Toews of our future core.

Plus, I shudder at the thought of what Benning would classify a 'bluechip d-man' in return for him.
