Why did the war room review that goal? It's the 13th minute of the 2nd period and Roy didn't initiate a challenge. I thought the war room could only review goals in the final minute of the game.

They've always reviewed goals that might have gone in with a high stick or kicked in without a challenge. Gloved in falls into the same category.

Was obviously not going to be a goal as Colorado still needs to score 5 more goals to continue the streak.
