Domi had stick side wide open twice. Games like this can't go to OT if we want 16 wins we need to start being clutch
He didn't even look at the net, so he didn't know

I don't think conspiracy, just Marchand being Marchand, but maybe you're right.OK find one. A player standing still, the referee taking him at 90-degree angle at speed.
Well that proves it !
I thought it was funny because ref clearly took him out, you see diving and ref/ Bettman/Jacobs conspiracy
I don't know. I think we try Matthews and Nylander. The Bert-Domi-Marner line actually looked great. Matthews-Nylander and JT- Knies might be the play here.Yes.
He's the kind of player you hate on the other team but would be a legend on yours. Tucker was a total rat. Dougie was dirty AF, can't tell you how many times I saw him stick someone in the nuts.In fairness to Brad, I would kill for one of our players to have this type of swagger. For starters, this was game 3, and a big moment in the series for the Bruins. I also think he was very strategic with where he said "its over in 5" as he was flying by the Leafs bench. A message was clearly sent to the Leafs bench that he was not going to back down.
Was it a bit premature? potentially. But I'll be real, as a hockey fan I f***ing love it. If they end choking a 3-1 series lead, this will obviously be a bigger headline than it probably deserves to be, but at the time in the series I personally love that gamesmanship and moxie.
Say what you will about Brad as a player or a person. The guy is undisputedly a rat/weasel, but if our star players had even a 1/3rd of his confidence and swagger I am sure we wouldn't be talking about 8 years of playoff suffering.
I loved the sign in the second room. "It's a priviledge. Not a right"jaw dropped seeing that. Then he walked into the second room!
My wife would never allow that.
neither Tucker nor Gilmour were divers. I wouldn't want any Leaf to play like that. He's the kind of player you hate on the other team but would be a legend on yours. Tucker was a total rat. Dougie was dirty AF, can't tell you how many times I saw him stick someone in the nuts.
I hate playing vs Marchand but the way he walks the line between being a good hockey player and an infuriating dick is masterful
It is actually a weakness of Domi. He likes to assist more than scoring. Any other player they would have shot that. Too unselfish. Other weakness is his stupid penalties. He didn't even look at the net, so he didn't know
"Masterful" was the look on his face after he swan dived, only to realize it was a referee.I hate playing vs Marchand but the way he walks the line between being a good hockey player and an infuriating dick is masterful
The Domi two on one was especially bad. Not even one glance Swaymans way. They played very well but it was infuriating to see Domi not even attempt or look at the net on a clear 2 on 1 chance... TWICE, and Marner had a full lane to drive the net a bit and take a shot almost uncontested, he dipsy doodled towards 2 Bruins instead and nothing came out of it. I get that they are passers but this team needs better decisions in those instances. If the opposing defender gives you the shot, you take it or at least try to deke a bit... anything. Swayman is clearly in their heads a bit.

Wtf this, homeless encampment poop. Mitchy is privileged as are most players.Privledge? They're hockey players. Go watch a mugging at a homeless encampment if the privledge ruffles you.
Domi needs to shoot the damn puck too. Too often he tries to pass the puck where NO passing lane exists.Wooohooooo!
Woll was fantastic! And JT driving the net worked wonders. TRAFFIC TO THE NET, PUCK TO THE NET! Repeat it a million times.
Domi killing it on the draw was a nice surprise.

Hoping Marchand burned himself here
Ref went to touch him and Marchand dived thinking it was a Leaf. The ref knows it was a dive too. I hope they'll remember that the next game he goes down easily.
He watches our dmen play 2-on-1s and figures getting the pass across is easy.Domi needs to shoot the damn puck too. Too often he tries to pass the puck where NO passing lane exists.
That 2 on 1 with Bertuzzi was an example of this.
That is some dedication. Holy shit that basement.Wow, just wow.
Perhaps the ticket holders could donate them to Boston fans for Game 6 at the SBA?Hopefully we can solve our problems at home.
You can’t have such little presence in your own arena that teams come in and dictate so easily. I know we just handled Boston in theirs but we seem much worse at home.
I hope Matthews is able to get in tomorrow but I’m doubtful we see him again this series
