How is Strome a dumber player than Lafreniere when Strome in his NHL rookie season put up twice as many points as LaF has had to date? Can we finally admit Lafreniere is f***ing garbage or are we going to keep defending him blindly

Lucas Raymond almost has as many points in 20 games as Lafreniere has had in his entire career and hasn’t had the luxury of getting opportunities with a line as good as Zibanejad-Kreider. Raymond has 4 times as many points as Lafreniere this season.

Maybe Laf is ultimately a bust, but I'm certainly going to give him more than 2 seasons to prove himself, especially when he had to deal with a COVID type season his rookie year and David Quinn as his head coach.
