I try to explain to non hockey friends of mine that it isn't always about the score, but rather the story being told on the ice with the ebb and flow of games.

I don't think he's been that amazing. Beside the goal, we haven't made it very difficult. The shot by Vesey wasn't short side. The shot by Nash was rushed. I think he actually made a better save on the first shot, not the rebound by Nash

Crawford did good for his team. Hank is looking good but just so much rubber at Crawford and really good quality chances.
That shot by Vesey could easily have made it in five-hole. Good job by Crawford I thought

Vesey shot it right into the center of the net/Crawford

I can say he didn't have a great angle blah blah but that was a perfect cross crease pass and if he wasn't in position to get a good angle that's on him not the pass

They got more ice time because they were able to keep in the Hawks zone more. So it was not AV making that decision they just had the better zone time.
