I completely disagree with demoting Kreider.

Ditto...he has to play to improve . If he makes a few mistakes...so be it , it happens and is part of a learning curve we have to overcome as a team . I sometimes do wonder about the leadership on our team and in the dressing room...surely somebody could have helped this kid with his confidence and get his game going and the demotion might not have happened .

For anyone interested, we are currently running a 11.1% flowerplay. Tied with Buffalo for dead last.

I don't like seeing him demoted, but from what I saw he was tentative and difficult to get/hold onto the puck. I think a little bit of time down there to help him gain confidence and hopefully the next time he is up here he is here for good. I think he is a bit scared to make a mistake right now, but some time in CT will help with that. he will be back this season probably near the end and playoffs!
