I agree that I don't like the 5 LHS set-up though. Shattenkirk should be playing all 2 minutes of the power play.

Shattenkirk playing the full 2 would solve the issue basically immediately. That was a nice play though but it game on a bit of a broken play with that McDonagh keep in on the blue line. It’s very hard for that second unit to set up with any structure with the five lefties and guys on it.

He's been there for weeks, but obviously came off because he is injured, which is terrible, but that doesn't mean we should want him on the PP.

Desharnais made an underrated play to keep it in the zone. Him or Hayes should be on that unit. Maybe both.
