Flames regressing makes perfect sense, but they won't. Once brodie comes back, the flames come back, he is the anchor on that defense, Gio needs him.

I've been watching a lot of the Coyotes lately and they don't strike me as a bad hockey team. I remember last year it seemed like the hot topic of conversation was about teams Tanking and this summer, the Coyotes were the top team for the whole "Tanking" issue. I've watched a few of their games and they aren't tanking. In fact, I see a team with a lot of composure and not making a whole lot of mistakes. I'm also seeing the Boston game tonight and that Arena looks like a good crowd came out. Based on the first week, Arizona looks like they have some positives so far and it's nice to see.

I caught myself flipping over to the arizona boston game. It's just been alot of meh. 2nd period has been a bit better though.

Mike Smith is saving the Yote's asses though this game. 23-8 shot totals so far. I'm surprised Arizona is leading based on that stat.
