I agree, I was a huge advocate for us trying to sign Danault. I don't think he and an old Weber are all you need to go to a cup finals.
Price was great from game 1 in Toronto through game against Vegas. He did nothing for them in the regular season though and they only made the playoffs because they played in the North. We had a better record than them last season.

Montreal loves throwing pucks on net, so that's part of it. But the Rangers were clearly the better team that period.

I’m wondering what kind of players laf seems to work best with is you fo back and look at his junior tape. He’s lethal when he has space and time. I think finding a complimentary player to get him the puck in those situations is what he needs. Gauthier just found him there for a nice shot. Hopefully some chemistry between them
