Shestyorkin has had 2/3 of the starts so far. And I expect that to continue. It's pretty reasonable in todays NHL, considering this condensed season. He is the #1 goalie, I think it has been established.

Unless our offense gets going, I don't care who is our goalie in the net. Might actually be better because if Shesty keeps the games close they don't have as much pressure to consider getting rid of Quinn.

The bright thing about those D pairs is that they can either perform to expectations or pleasantly surprise. Nobody is going to be shocked when we give up three goals in the first half of the game via defensemen turnovers.

I mean, Igor is getting 2/3 of the starts. Sure, there are teams who are riding their starter more but that's because their backups are much worse than Georgijev.
