If your leadership is that incapable of leading, any coach worth his salt is going to know those aren’t the guys he’s gonna win with.

Which is why I think you just roll w it this season. It’s under 60 games and the trade deadlines gonna come up quick

Bowman ran a very up-tempo high energy practice. Watching the Russian Five doc it was very cool to see. I'm convinced Quinn runs low intensity practices seeing how flat this team comes out every game.

You know? I thought it was kinda funny that Buch did a celly after scoring in warms before the Devils game and now I realize why.
 
Is there a #FireQuinn hashtag on Twitter or Insta? Maybe that would get the attention of the Chief Fan Officer (remember that campaign?).
 
Something has to happen. A trade, coaching change, call up. Something.

This team culture as is seems about as toxic and morale is as low as it has been at any point in the rebuild.

Just like the U2 song “desire”. Says it all.
 
The gap between the forwards and defense is either too small or too large. It’s been a shit show as far as spacing. One leads to no offense, the other leads to the other team gaining too much speed through the neutral zone. We’ve seen both of those just in the first
 
Each game has me thinking, "Well, this is rock bottom, hopefully," as I start to feel the fiery inferno of the core.

IDGAF Imma keep saying it , everyone crying about the PP, we had a guy who had 19 points on the PP and was the QB for the 7th rated PP in the league ......And we let em walk because he got in a fight with a back up goalie ....
 
So before the season we needed a decent number 2 center. Now we need a number 1 and number 2 and also a pp qb

I don't think he'll be poor. But I know he'll be taking $11MM in cap and that our current youngsters will command substantial raises by then. Figure, what, $7MM for Kakko and Laf, $6.5MM for Fox, $5MM for Miller and $5MM for Igor? Assuming they develop correctly, of course.

I was refering to the coaching staff/management team.

Our vets are soft and followers. We need a coach that the team will rally around. A coach they respect and trust. Quinn is not it.

I don't know. This year is already completely gone, so I am morbidly curious to see where this is going. If you are going to be a dumpster fire, better it be napalm. Keep everything the same!
