Honestly, I felt this was expected. Rangers didn't make any major mistakes. But the Ducks are playing like a truly elite team and it doesn't take much for them to score…

Rangers haven't been awful, but they needed to assert themselves a bit more than they did in that period. Too much "feeling" it out...

the rangers made mistakes that led to goals. we're just being outworked, i dont think the ducks are doing anything too jaw dropping like pierre keeps saying.

hell of a lot more than a 2nd rounder. MDZ with a ****** offensive team has out produced letang in their first few years and letang plays on probably the best offensive team in the league.

Is it just me or is it only vaguely acceptable to Ranges fans if they've beaten #1 in the league. If not = Team is dead, trade everyone, rebuild.

It's likely based on the fact that for every mistake McDonagh makes Del Zotto is making ****ing 50

Actually, this game, Del Zotto made one, and McDonagh has made two (both worse than DZ's). Both have had one really good play as well, with DZ having one of the better shots of the first period, and McDonagh making a nice play to dish the puck to Stepan on that late shot.

Again, I'm not saying that Del Zotto is anywhere near the quality of McD. McD is our clear #1 this year. But I just get so sick of the same people ignoring every good play DZ makes and making way too much of every mistake (or perceived mistake). Seriously, can't the 10 or 11 of you just make a single thread and get off on ripping the player needlessly in there so the rest of us don't have to wade through all your crap?
