Outplay a team; down 2. The Ranger way.
Honestly, I felt this was expected. Rangers didn't make any major mistakes. But the Ducks are playing like a truly elite team and it doesn't take much for them to score…
Rangers haven't been awful, but they needed to assert themselves a bit more than they did in that period. Too much "feeling" it out...
guys we have a del zaster fan in the thread try not to completely destroy his trade value
Well based on everyone's posts here... The guy is terrible. So what, a 3rd or perhaps as high as a 2nd rounder?
Might have something to do with them being an actual NHL quality team unlike the two AHL quality cream puffs we just beat!
hell of a lot more than a 2nd rounder. MDZ with a ****** offensive team has out produced letang in their first few years and letang plays on probably the best offensive team in the league.
We must be watching different games if you think we are outplaying them.
Hell of a lot more than a second rounder? I agree, but clearly he isn't terrible and useless as everyone is posting then - that's the point I was trying to make.
At this point the only thing that could make this game watchable for me is if the ducks pulled off the Flying V. Make it happen Bruce

Interesting. Out of curiosity, what would the rangers be looking for out of a trade involving MDZ?
Holy crap. Ray Emery went Dan Cloutier on Holtby, there. That was ****ing awesome. **** Holtby.

Haven't heard the garden this quiet ever
We're in the minority with this thinking.![]()
I still reckon we'd get scored on if they tried that.
It's likely based on the fact that for every mistake McDonagh makes Del Zotto is making ****ing 50
Must be lotsa fans lined up at the concession stands for those yummy $30 lobster rolls.
