Dorsett has kept his game pretty under control since being out of control during the first bunch of games.
He has been way more of a plus than a minus, in my view.

Have no problem with that in 3-0 game.

have you been watching all season or was that dumb penalty the sample size your making that statement up from because hes played well all season, hes played well in his role as a bottom 6er.

I'm fairly indifferent to Dorsett (not a favorite of mine, but not a goat either). I have no idea what the ref thought he saw there. That would have been a stretch for a 2 minute penalty. There was literally NOTHING there that warranted 4 minutes. That goal is on the refs and Stralman. Dorsett can't help the ref being stupid.

I agree, but he has to know by now he's on their blacklist. He has literally zero room for ********.
 
Guess that answers my own question. Bunch of posters living in the past pining after an overpaid, injured former player. Prust's extra $1 million in cap would put the Rangers over the cap. Which means no Zuke or Stepan or Pouliot or D. Moore. Dorsett+any one of those is worth a hell of a lot more than Prust, no matter how popular another grinder mercenary was with you.
 
I think Dorsett has looked pretty good for the most part this year but he does have to calm down with the dumb penalties. That being said I'm not entirely sure why he got a penalty on that particular play.

No. You don't get it.
He's supposed to attack players without getting penalties. Pretty obvious.
 
Aah, so what. A Ranger player made a statement, and it was pretty damned mild to start with.

I like that stuff. I like it very much.
 
Dave Maloney in the off air feed just told Trautwig that was a dumb penalty by Dorset.Trait now complaining about 2nd Ave traffic.
 
The Refs were watching for the retaliation. That's a penalty every time ..... even when it's not an actual penalty. It was dumb. It could have waited.
 
I have no complaints about Dorsett's actions.

Brian Boyle has been exceptional this game, FWIW.
