Buch is out because there's little effort, then he doesn't deserve to play. He has a few things to work on while he's in the dog house.

The lineup against the Sharks fought hard and won, no need to replace a forward.

How are we quantifying effort? How are we holding players accountable?

Pionk screened Lundqvist on the first goal, and made a negligent play behind the net that lead to the game tying goal. Why isnt he scratched? Effort?

Why is Hayes in lineup? Or Vesey? To generate chances that cant go in?

I think it says a lot that he has been scratched three games and still has more goals than Hayes and as many as Vesey. That's also with limited time.

Grinders cant win games if there is no talent to put the puck in the net. The philosophy is non sense. How he scratches players is also hypocritical. Its okay to overlook glaring errors by some and punish others.

Former disney star Dylan Sprouse owns a mead brewing company in Williamsburg I think, haven't tried it but heard it is pretty good, though I'm not really a mead guy. I'm chillin with a can of OtherHalf.

Spooner should try and still somewhat have some peripheral control or concept of the puck whenever he tries to make any kind of move anywhere and along the boards. Dude has zero puck retention skills when he's not skating in a straight line unchecked.
