It's official, we fill 15 pages of every single GDT arguing over a 4th line center.

And for Boyle, he is what he is, and will never be a star. But he is damn solid, and till the day cones when Kreider is the star we all want him to be, he will have to fight for his spot. Benching him for a few games won't "ruin" him, it will strengthen his character.

Ok but Miller deserves the same treatment. Miller hasnt been good the last past couple games yet he gets playing time that sounds a little screwy to me
 
I agree. Although Boyle may not be as talented as Kreider, he has his spot on this team as a physical presence. Kreider is a rookie after all and has to earn his playing time.

If we lose , however, the **** storm concerning Boyle will reach an all time high haha
 
Kreider hasn't been good. Why are we defending his playing time against someone who has been part of the core the last 2 years? He sat 3 games, it's time to let him earn his playing time back. Kreider is the logical choice to be sat.

Kreider's potential won't drop from 1st/2nd line LW to 4th line grinder/AHL superstar if he sits a game.
 
boyle deserves to play on the 4th line, i just dont like him playing over kreider. i just hate this idea that benching a rookie for not being engaged enough is the automatic solution. if kreider wasn't playing well then what do you call richards?

Brian Boyle who scored 20 goals just two seasons ago, doesn't even deserve a chance against the Islanders? Did he sleep with your sister and never call her again, sheesh.
 
Miller would rather play the wing? Is that what the broadcast crew just said on MSG?

That's not good. I want him as a future center.

I rather see Kreider. He sniped one for us the other game he can do it again.
