I always try to be the optimist and try to understand the entire situation before throwing stones. I made a ton of excuses for Eakins and have tried having Cronins back but it's just becoming very obvious that as much as the talent on this team is still in question, Cronins message isn't landing. There appears to be nothing different from Eakins teams to Crones team, and Cro has the benefit of arguably having more talent.

This should been a year with the rebrand that was fun, energetic and showing progress. Shesh
