A 7 point final day sees spitsfan run away with this pool as expected while coming up 4 points short of last years pool record. Meanwhile a remarkable 5 point day from Becher in the bronze medal game starts a 11 point day from Statsy to jump from 7th to 2nd as 2 Howard 2nd period goals in the gold medal game sealed his Silver medal finish, 1 point ahead of landymack who gets the Bronze
The theoretical best possible selected team this year would have resulted in 93 points picking out of the 7 slot(to ensure getting Kulich at 14).
7 - H.Havelid - G - 10 points
14 - Kulich - F - 12 points
27 - Petrovsky - F - 9 points
34 - Howard - F - 9 points
47 - Hamara - D - 7 points
54 - Strbak - D - 7 points
67 - Brindley - F - 10 points
74 - Becher - F - 10 points
87 - Lindstein - D - 8 points
94 - Melovsky - F - 11 points
Sorry again for the lack of intermediate updates. Hopefully next year will be better with the tournament back in Canada and perhaps a different vacation schedule from myself. Hope to see all of you again then. Congrats again to our winner and other medalists.
