I'm fine with it either way.
Either you get him for amazing value in 25-26 or you get him for the playoffs and reward this team a bit for hunkering down late in the season to add someone like Gritsyuk to the fold. They'll be growing pains but I think he'd flourish in the playoffs with his particular style.
