Means our 4 centers got just 5 shots on goal combined.. siggest not good enough..
Hawjs won the 54.5% but this mainly duecto Dickinson who won 14 of 20 draws..

They've always been together on the PP.
5 on 5 is a different kettle of fish. It was the same situation as last season when many seemed to think Kurashev and Bedard should be line mates because they clicked with the man advantage.

I thought that was the whole point of the signing? A guy who goes to the net and opens up space for Bedards shot and cleans up the rebounds.

Some have short memories. Bert began the season playing with Bedard and they weren't clicking at even strength. I'm not against trying it again but I'm not sure Bert is quick enough to play in that role.

No, they began pre season together. The entire preseason. And then the dumbass coach we used to have thought it wouldn't work and never put them together again during the season (outside of a handful of shifts). Bedard isn't the quickest either, but at least Bert goes to the dirty areas and can make plays.

Bertuzzi was playing bad until those few weeks ago, but it seems to be a combo that should stick together more.
That's because he didn't pinch a bit lower a few seconds earlier. he put himself in no man's land and it blew up on him. Several indecisive moments in his 1st game back.

Talk about short memories. Bedard opened the season with Teravainen and Mikheyev. Mikheyev was replaced by Foligno. Not sure Bertuzzi has started a single game on Bedard's wing. They have just 65 minutes total at even strength together (which is the sixth highest with Bedard among forwards) and have much better results with each other than away from each other

I agree.... but tbh, I think a player like Mikheyev is what 98 needs.... maybe the combo of 95-98-59 might work.
Who cares, the game was over the moment TT f***ed up the entry with less than 30 seconds to go.

Asking Jones to be in sync with the rest of the team who has played two weeks in this system is unrealistic. Wait until he adjusts, he will be fine.
