Worst loss in the last 10 years for the Rangers. Worse than the Montreal fiasco worse than anything I have ever seen. Has to be rock bottom for this season. This guy has to bench at least one of those 2 defensemen. Girardi is finished. McDonagh his usual overrated self or maybe he suffers from dragging Girardis corpse. And how do you justify a guy like Tanner Glass on your team under any circumstance? The man is not a professional hockey player. He is an instant black hole to his line.

In the past handful of weeks, the Rangers have to be one of the worst teams in the league. Miserable in the facets of the game where they are usually best - defensive coverage, generating high quality chances, and goaltending.

McDonagh gets away with a punch on Purcell and the refs calls only the response cross-check that allows the Rangers to tie the game. Purcell gets revenge by dummying McDonagh along the boards setting up the 2-on-1 for the GWG. Sweet karma.

13 wins by the Oilers where our opponent had the worst game in their franchise history. It has be some sort of a league record. :naughty:

What about the 10-1 loss to Dallas? :sarcasm:

Fun game to watch. Appropriate score for Sather's banner raising game.

Nash and Hall had a great battle for who was the best LW during the game.

Seriously. Maybe the league should wise up and realize that this Oilers group is coming together and playing pretty damn good offensive hockey.

That being said, I think both fanbases will agree that the Rangers weren't themselves tonight (and haven't been for a large chunk of the season).

The Devils worst loss on the year came at the hand of you guys.

Honestly, now that the team has learned McLellan's system I just think a lot of teams aren't used to playing an Oilers team that can play above average hockey (consistency is still an issue). The past half decade has been typically guaranteed win night for our opponents.

Hall was a beast this game. Love his game. Find it funny that RHN and eberle were -3 on the night tho. 2 points back from a playoff spot when was the last time something said that lol, great game.
