Rangers will up their game, as they usually do when they play a good team.

Speaking of upping their game, every time for the past few years that I’ve looked at Boston’s lineup it looks like crap on paper. But they’re always good. Just a perfect example of a team the Rangers should aspire for. Well-drilled, clutch and they bust their ass every night.

your eyes failed you. From the 2nd period on it was pretty clear the Islanders had the puck more often than the Rangers did, and they seemed to have numbers every time they exited their zone and entered the Rangers zone with ease.

Expected goals were 2.24-2.21 so we had our chances, as we all remember Mika and Bread obviously. They buried theirs, we unfortunately didn't.

We're only playing vs teams in our division all season long. It sucks because Zibanejad and our rookies could use some easy games to get that confidence back.
