It’s also far better than turkey hills ice cream that a full bowl can sit out in the sink overnight and still be half a bowl of recognizable ice cream rather than a milky puddle.

Ok, forget the flavors. I am concerned that you're letting ice cream sit out overnight and then judging it's eatability. Please don't ingest that.
