Had sleep apnea surgery 15 years ago and they took my adenoids, tonsils, courage hangy ball, and scraped my tongue.

Did it work? Was told too old now to remove tonsils..too many complications after a certain age..

I don't know, i havent had a sleep study since and my wife says it sounds like im trying to snore still even though i cannot. That surgery was shit to recover from though

I sleep in an elevated bed. It has really made the difference. I definitely had/have apena. They said I stopped breathing out flat during my knee replacement in 19. I also have lost 45 lbs since around then. Having your head elevated during sleep is a potential solution.

It only took me 90 seconds, but I passed a couple of polling places on my way home around 4:30 and the amount of cars was unbelievable. There must have been 150 cars ahead of me at the light waiting to get into the one on Hartford & Taunton.
