So Philadelphia guy indicted because he had a BEEF with a fantasy football league rival and used the FBI to fake a tip-off that the guy was going to carry a mass shooting when he was in Norway leading to like 1000 man hours of investigation.

He also was found to have reported the guy to his college for a bomb threat.
