Well, I decided to post that my mom passed away on Thurs. It almost happened early Oct, and she had a mini stroke last week, but was mentally fine the next day. Saw her Wed and our last words to each other were 'i love you.'

Staff said she was chatting and happy Thurs AM, but was found unresponsive and gone at 5pm.

I knew it was where she was headed, but still a shock. The reason I post is just to say love your parents while you still can. We are people of faith, so I expect to be spiritually reunited in the future. I am fine, and glad she didn't suffer too much.
