Anyone dealt with Tinnitus before? I've had pretty consistant ringing in my ears for the last 3-4 years.

My buddy has it....he says it was triggered by the J&J vaccine which is plausible. It bothers his quality of life and no medical professionals can help him out. He thinks it's a part of long covid. He was in the USAF as a mech so he was susceptible to it.

its can be a symptom of anxiety. Any chance you also experience that? I had it last year and went to get a hearing test and had no issues. Once I started anxiety meds, I noticed it went away (or I stopped noticing it).
