This begs the question...who here makes espressos and cappucinos using a good espresso machine like the Breville Barista Express etc?

My cappucinos and espressos are not coming out strong enough whether by using the grinder or preground. Using the right filters, putting the right amount of grinds in the filter, using 4 ounces of 2% frothed milk, using Illy or Kimbo brands etc. Need a barista's take on things.

Where do you even come up with the name Jextinian to begin with...

Sounds like the name of some minor Roman consul eking out a living on the outskirts of the Empire.

How much we talking?
This is a model run from early this morning. Keep in mind, there's still plenty of time left for this to change and it's going to change from model run to model run. It's going to depend on how much cold air we can get before the storm starts. I think the last time Philadelphia received measurable snowfall was 1/29/22, so we might break a two year streak this weekend.

It seems this part of the country gets cold rain storms and the weather guys are spot on with the forecast. Snowstorms either slide south or have cold dry air gets pushed into it breaking it up. We seem to get fewer and fewer snowstorms in northern New England as time goes on.
Call it what you want

Am I going to have to dig out my old, "I Survived the Snowpocalypse" shirt? It's SO 2009...
Perhaps not. Here's the most recent model run, just came out within the last 10 minutes. This run the storm was quick and further north so it kills the snow totals for the Philly area...maybe the streak will continue afterall

yeah i am on team no snow...because my job still expects me to get there when Septa says we ain't running

It is pretty odd that Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick retired in October from running AARO right after the UAP taskforce congressional hearing, David Grusch whistleblower revalations, and the now failed Defense Act/Schumer Ammendment. Also shortly after Dr. Avi Loeb found spheres that he thinks are ET in origin...someone he co-authored a paper with.
