Be honest. Everyone thinks Frost is going to be good one day. Great skills but when will he make a difference because he hasn't

Be honest. Why are you obsessing about Frost and not 1 point Noah Cates who has got to play every game with better linemates?
All the swooning about Frost and next to nothing in results. Noah Cates too if it makes you happy.

Counting Ellis as a loss right now would be like counting Chris Pronger back in the day as one well after the fact it became apparent he was never gonna play again. They went out & got DeAngelo for a reason.

Couturier, Atkinson, & JvR are legit noteworthy losses though. Brink probably would have been in the AHL right now if healthy. Brown isn’t a loss at all, he’s a spare forward at best.

I wish someone in the National media would make a big deal about that absurd holding penalty on Sanheim. Those refs need to be fined a week’s wages for a call that bad.

Looked like Sanheim had his arm around his leg?

Man TDA is good. I'm really impressed with his play and effort.

Well the problem for the team is that Hart won't maintain a .950 SV% and he won't play more than 60 games max.
Young players generally improve through the season with proper coaching.

Hart won't see the same work load. But it is nice to see him playing at a high level.

Sounds like you're judging the current regime by the standards of Holmgren/Clarke and company. Tortorella and Fletcher have done a pretty decent job of player development.

Fletcher doubled down on Hextall's player development process. The current regime has done a horrendous job. Tortorella isn't changing anything so far, it's all more of the same.

As usual you have no idea what you're talking about.

And yet in every organization in which the two men have been, with the exception of Tortorella's one season in Vancouver, players exceeded their expectations and in all cases the clubs were better than before they arrived.

But you're judging Fletcher/Flahr etc on less than three years (including the COVID interruption) and John Tortorella on less time than that.

Perhaps it is not me who is lacking in analytical skills.

Again, you have no clue what you're talking about with the Flyers. It makes your condescension particularly cringeworthy.

Since 2018, Fletcher and Fatty have demolished every prospect they can. They obsess over making players into what they aren't instead of leveraging what they are. They've continued the prior regime's philosophy of prioritizing pointless punishment and punitive action over skills development. They are constantly handing out conflicting instructions. They tell a player to get good at defense; he does. Do they reward him? No, they punish him for not scoring. So then he scores and they punish for something else. They also have no interest in giving anyone a chance. Fletcher blamed the prospects for last year and has gone out of his way to avoid playing any of he can. If everyone gets healthy, every prospect will be sent down or marginalized.

Their hallmark here has been getting as little as possible out of players. The opposite of what you claim.

Oh, and it was also funny you mentioned this isn't a Clarke thing anymore. Fletcher was hired because of Clarke, because Fletcher thinks like Clarke and would consult him too. Clarke was also frothing at the mouth for Tortorella. For development purposes? No! He was giddy over how much he expects Tortorella to make players miserable. That's the message Tortorella is getting. Those are his orders. You said these aren't the Clarke days, and that demonstrates your ignorance. These are very much Clarke days.

You should stop talking about subjects you have no knowledge of.

At this game last night.
It was to see G get a goal.
Hart is so dialed in right mow. I thought the early goal might rattle him bit it just had him even more into the game
PK did a great job as there were a couple of questionable calls.
Sanheim struggled throughout this one.

No, you lack basic math.
