So f***ing predictable yet so frustrating. 2022 was our last real chance. No playoff series wins for a while. Damnit
Absolutely TERRIBLE pairing.Would have been fine if Lilleberg and Perbix remembered they are defenseman.
Lol, not even close to the truth after 13 whole games, but hey, if that's your opinion you should have a lot of nights free I guess. So f***ing predictable yet so frustrating. 2022 was our last real chance. No playoff series wins for a while. Damnit
We're not deep enough, our mistakes end up in our net, Big Cat is merely good, almost never great anymore.Lol, not even close to the truth after 13 whole games, but hey, if that's your opinion you should have a lot of nights free I guess.
Perbix coming back to earth after a decent start. Lilleberg just isn't ready, might never be. Hopefully Crozier up soon
Before the start of the season I thought there was no way Raddysh would be an every night healthy scratch, but he hasn't given them much reason to put him back in. Puts all 3 of those guys in question. Which still wouldn't be that terrible if not for McD and Cernak having a rough road tripPerbix coming back to earth after a decent start. Go to bed.the season is already over, sweet. need a new GM, new scouting department, new coaching staff. Maybe a new new GM will be able to find a gem on the FA market, because the current one keeps signing trash, and maybe a new coach will be able to build a well-structured team. because right now it's not a team at all. if not, Kucherov 100% won't re-sign. Then I don't even know when they'll make the playoffs next time, maybe in 12-13 years if they're lucky
Cernak has fumble f***ed the puck for years now, Hedman and McDonagh showing age defensively. Sucks things are crashing down right now. Before the start of the season I thought there was no way Raddysh would be an every night healthy scratch, but he hasn't given them much reason to put him back in. Team feels kinda f***ed even with him. Not optimistic
Eric Robinson is good. Girgensons has never been much of a contributor, same with Glendening, Atkinson is washed, Eyssimont has been AAAA caliber every year of his pro career with the exception of last season. I do think the message is getting stale with Cooper, but BriseBois (plus some poorer amateur & pro scouting) has f***ed the roster beyond repair. Most teams have a bad 3rd D pair, but they can play 12-13 minutes just fine. And what's the point of blaming Lilleberg and Perbix if McDonagh who is supposed to be the best defenseman on the team makes atrocious mistakes like he did against Winnipeg and Minnesota?
I don't think the problem is personalities.
Eric Robinson 2+4
Atkinson+Girgensons+Glendening+Eyssimont 0+2
Do you think it's because Eric Robinson is so good and these guys are so bad? because i don't

why didn't JBB sign him then? fire himEric Robinson is good.
against a bad team, not the Florida PanthersMy God people it was a 3-2 loss.
That third goal against was the BALL BUSTER. And, I'm sorry, not sorry, its emblematic of a horrible D pairing that probably cost them the points. Most teams have a bad 3rd D pair, but they can play 12-13 minutes just fine. Lol, yes, Eric Robinson and his career high of 12 goals and a career .3 ppg player was ghe answer, sure it was...JBB added Guentzel, McD, Moser, Geekie, but yeah, all he did was replace Stamkos with Guentzel...it was a bad road trip, if only they still had a bunch of games to play, oh wait. They are still over .500 against a pretty tough opening schedule, and JBB did a fine job with most of the additions this off season.why didn't JBB sign him then? fire him
the team has been stagnating for 3 years. something needs to change but all they did was -Stamkos, +Guentzel and they think it will work? lol

Interested to see how BriseBois views Atkinson, Eyssimont, Girgensons, Raddysh, Lilleberg, and potentially even Perbix if they keep up this below average play.Lol, yes, Eric Robinson and his career high of 12 goals and a career .3 ppg player was ghe answer, sure it was...JBB added Guentzel, McD, Moser, Geekie, but yeah, all he did was replace Stamkos with Guentzel...it was a bad road trip, if only they still had a bunch of games to play, oh wait. We lose to bad teams every single year. We lose badly to bad teams sometimes. Hell, Arizona beat us 7-1 the year we won the first cup.why didn't JBB sign him then? fire him

Losses will happen, including against bad teams of course. But context is also important. You can outplay them badly and lose because their goalie is in god mode. Or it could be an even game where you have 10 shots in 2 periods. You can lose from time to time, or you can regularly lose points to St. Louis, Seattle, Calgary and other non-playoff teams. We lose to bad teams every single year. Yes, it sucks to lose. But some of the reaction is a little nutty.
