fair enough....but i stand by what I saidlol!! My dude it was the actual Hawks broadcast. It became a nationally syndicated because it was the only feed going. It was either that or nothing. Pat Foley was only doing his job there

I really disagree with the last point. Numerous bad pinches and a bad penalty. It's been a while since we've had a regular season game that intense. I felt like we had an edge from the beginning of the 2nd onward, but it was highly competitive.
-Vasy was a monster for the way he went long periods being inactive and then had to make a flurry of saves.
-Might have been Callahan's best game since 2015. Kunitz looked good again too.
-Stamkos and Kucherov were off their game, but Stammer's play to Point made up for it.
-Sustr was actually kind of okay tonight.

I hope that he's gotten the taste of how he should play tonight and we'll see more of it.
It was. It was quintessential Kunitz, too. Those are exactly the kinds of goals you get from him.Kunitz goal was huuuge!
Meh, Kuch gets the ten-gallon brim tap on that one. It's been a while since we've had a regular season game that intense. I felt like we had an edge from the beginning of the 2nd onward, but it was highly competitive.

Contrary to what a lot of people think, Stamkos has not "reinvented" himself as a playmaker, when he tries to be a playmaker you get 2015-2016 level of bad plays similar to the past 4~ games. Not only are his passes bad when he tries to force them but they often result in turnovers.
He had things clicking for him with Kucherov/Names based off chemistry he's not some elite playmaker all of a sudden being a career goalscorer.
Sportsnet is almost as good in the Point puns as we are.
