If I had a dollar for every game over the past 30-35 years at the Garden that the Rangers dominated and still lost...

Instead of spending a billion on friggin' BRIDGES, why not spend a little to ensure that the puck won't bounce on a guy on a penalty shot?

I sometimes really hate Madison Square Garden. Rangers have absolutely no home ice advantage.

here's where MDZ comes in. You scratch him because he's not producing offensively to his capabilities. Your team then scores 2 goal on 115 shots over the three games. No even strength goal in 180 minutes.

If they scratch him again, I'll have a real problem with the logic of this thing.

People are seriously blaming Lundqvist? Yeah, the Paille goal was disappointing, but, seriously, the team has scored 3 goals in their last three games with Henrik in. At some point, the skaters have to bail out Hank.

yep, its an insane joke

Stepan Richards and Callahan have been struggling lately whihc is a problem because they gneerate the most offense. I thought nash was decent considering he was out for 6 week. kreider is really snakebitten. The kid still racks u points and is consistently the most active forward, he just needs a goal

Cally should not be playing with skilled players. He doesn't have the think speed in order to work with more creative line mates. Cally will either freeze and telegraph a mediocre pass, make a blind risk play, or the safe dump around the boards. He is killing that line. I have never seen Cally have any chemistry with Richards whatsoever.

So sick of Kreider. You're a ****ing NHLer. If you can't score once in a ****ing million years you shouldn't be there. He can get as many breakaways as he wants, but if he's never ****ing scoring he sucks. And yes I'm aware he's almost at a point per game, but watching he makes me want put hand through the wall.

calm the **** down  but yeah 50 shots 1 goal is ********

I know you are probably the "king of overreacting" but this was just dumb

Im sad that we didnt score, but honestly I'm not even mad..

The Rangers completely stomped Boston, so if people who are supposed to score at the very least, would please score (Stepan, Nash, Richards hello guyse), things are looking up.

It is much better being frustrated over lack of production, than depressed because the team is made into a joke by rookie forwards

Last four games:

Brodeur 35 of 37
Price 34 of 35
Scrivens 37 of 37
Rask 44 of 45

154 shots. 4 goals. Opposition goaltender SV% .974.

That SCREAMS of no finish.

good post. AV should scratch guys like Pouliot. If they are gonna trade MDZ then do it now, stop waiting

Falk isn't playing next game unless the Rangers trade MDZ before the next game.

agreed, of course everyone on here doesn't realize Rask is one of the best goalies in the league and f'd us 2nite

Rask was very good, but how many games are we going to give accolades to the other team's goalie despite peppering them and outplaying the opposition?

I don't care if Roy in his prime is in net, they need to score goals.

This thread is priceless, I hate when the Rangers lose. But I take solace and some joy in the fact the posters on this will go insane.

Team needs some talent, and sometimes you need to make your own luck.

Not all season but it's happening too often for my taste.

After playing you guys season after season and losing 1-0, it's slightly delightful to have the game come out the other way. Hank is one of my fav. players in the NHL - I wish him nothing but success. NYR is my 2nd favorite squad in the East - I hope you guys can come back and take control of the Metro division. Kill Sid and the Pens.

Lundqvist wasn't shaky. He was human. First goal was a nice shot and the second goal was on a breakaway. He didn't come up with the big save when we needed it, but he looked fine.

The teams brings zero offense to the table when Lundqvist is in net. In fact, I'd be curious to see the teams G/GM with Lundqvist in net vs Talbot. Only game I can remember the Rangers struggling to score with Talbot in net was against MTL.
