I don’t doubt this isn’t a new organizational philosophy. It does seem like everyone is talking about it a bit more this week though. Again, I’m fine with it. I wish he stuck it out in Hartford and got to build a winning culture with the other guys but I also know not all 19 year olds are the same. And managing people, sometimes certain personalities need to be handled in a certain way. It’s a bit overblown but also I would have preferred he found a way to make it work here.
