if you don’t think the goalie playing back there with zero confidence doesn’t put a team back on their heels you don’t know the game. Rangers were in complete control.

this kid can’t make a save. I mean what can you do other than hold on for dear life. This was a great performance almost clean thru 2 periods and then Georgiev lost his shit as usual. How are we going to keep running this guy out there?

Goalies are left out to dry all the time. It’s easy to make saves when your defense is amazing. What separates good and bad goalies is making the saves you aren’t supposed to make. Also Georgiev can’t even make the saves that he should.

Oilers put one shot short of 40 on Geo and their goalie let in the same with about HALF the shots. At some point you gotta' stop blaming the goalies and blame the play in front of them. This is why goalies don't last in NYC and we're going to keep doing our goalies like this like we did Hank.

Georgiev has sucked for a hundred games now and he's not well liked and he's attacked a teammate. Management gifted Miller a spot on the 2nd pairing without ever holding him to the same standards as Kravtsov or Kakko simply because he's an American college product. Tonight that was enough to do us in. Drury needs to look in the mirror and make changes.
