It’s fun to play here again. I think we did a lot of good things. We just hoped for an early goal for us to get the energy and confidence and get the building going.
It was kind of a tight game. It was a disappointing loss but it was great to be back.
- Henrik Lundqvist

I think we have, the last few games, done a good job of getting some offensive zone time and moving the puck around.
We just weren’t able to connect and make enough happen by their net to get one by them, whether it be in traffic, crashing the net, things like that. We need to find a way to get a couple in.
- Marc Staal

We’re doing a lot of the right things. If you look at the game, we had net presence. Every time we took a shot, we had people converging to the net trying to win the battle in front of their net.
Give them credit. Their guys did a good job of protecting their goaltender. Their goaltender did a good job of controlling the rebounds.

Not expecting great things from Hagelin tonight, but great to see him back in the lineup

Would really love to see the boys get up and going for a big rivalry game.

Dorsett and Martin set the tone early for what will surely be a rough game.

Hope to see Hank between the pipes tonight, and give Cam the start against the Sabres on Thursday.

Emotion in rivalry games can say a lot about a team's character.

Kreider - Stepan - Richards
Hagelin - Brassard - Pouliot
Dorsett - Boyle - Miller
Pyatt - Moore - Zuccarello

? :dunno:

The Rangers need to score early tonight. That post by Kreider killed them last night.
LGR!

Jesus what the hell is wrong with Nash!? That hit didn't look like much at all yet the 2 games is turning into 10aj/sdjfasdalsdafd

Hope the boys come out strong tonight. Had some flashes of hope last night. Just have to find the back of the net.

I was just saying this to a co-worker . But then again I'm not a doctor.

Lines likely will be...

Kreider--Stepan--Richards
Hagelin--Brassard--Miller
Pouliot--Moore--Zuccarello
Pyatt--Boyle--Dorsett

What I would do...

Kreider--Stepan--Richards
Hagelin--Brassard--Zuccarello
Pouliot--Miller--Kristo
Boyle--Moore--Dorsett

:)

Stepan better *** show up tonight, the good Stepan that is..

We're due for a multi goal match so I say we win 7-4 tonight..

Hags, Richards,zuke,stralmanx2,j.moore and Stepan scores for us..

Not sure if serious?

Gonna be there, and feeling pretty confident. The defense has looked great the past 5 games (- Jersey).
Just need to start scoring

our offense is great and im excited to see how we play with vanek alongside JT but our defense without visnovsky and strait is plain brutal.....if capuano the idiot doesnt realize he needs to separate donovan and carkner as a pairing, you guys will score 2-3 goals just against that d pairing

Either going to be a convincing win or a complete gong show, there doesn't seem to be an in between with this group. Hopefully they come out angry from last night and get up early, but I have my doubts... Time to start winning, moral victories aren't going to get us any points.

Please win. Last night was painful. Kreider needs a goal because he damn well deserves it and needs some confidence because he's starting to look like the player we've all been waiting for.

Nash hit didn't look like much? You mean the shoulder to the side of his head?

It wasn't nothing but I don't agree that it was all that terrible. With concussions you never know, and hopefully they are being careful given his history. But compared to the impact of the Sauer hit, or The Scott on Eriksson it was not the most devastating impact

On to the game I hope they come out with intensity again and hold it together defensively. If they do that there is always a shot.
