Hagel's decision to pass on an open net just hurts. Can't beat yourself when you play a team as good as Minnesota
 
Meh, just one of those teams we never do well against for some reason.

No need to over analyze every single play every game either.
 
Vassy has been good lately but he got outplayed in net tonight. Skaters were good enough. Minnesota simply owns the Lightning. Thankfully no more games against them this season
 
No points deserved when careless mistakes, a soft goal and bad coaching decisions occur. The Wild are a very good team it seems, and mistakes like that in 3rd periods will equal losses most of the time.
 
Would be nice to have Dylan Duke up in the near future. Would look better in our bottom 6 than most of the guys currently there.
 
Bolts were 7-3-0 in the first 10 games of the season, so I'm not gonna take this too hard moving forward, but a frustrating 3rd period none the less
 
An even better team up next, so if Tampa doesn't clean up these mistakes, it's another failure of a road trip.
 
I cannot believe Hagel didn't shoot at that wide open net fml

We should have pulled this one out but we failed once again

I'm assuming you're referring to Atkinson?

If so I think part of the problem is that he's being used in a checking role. Thats not really his game.

He's not Sheary terrible, he's not adding anything to the lineup, especially on the 4th line. I think eventually someone from Syracuse will force him to the press box

He just doesn't do anything positive out there. Not that he's outright bad, but just nowhere near close to what we'd need in a hypothetical critical late season/playoff game. Dylan Duke looks good in Syracuse, would be nice to see him soon.

He was outplayed though. The goal he gave up early in the 3rd was terrible and gave them momentum. He was far from the reason they lost tonight, but he was the 2nd best goaltender out there.
 
Vasy soft goal again, but what about this clear from Mcdonagh? if Serg had done something like that there would have been 5 pages of whining here
