They are closing Regal Theater soon here. We haven’t been out to a movie in years. Streaming is the way to go
I don't remember exactly what the last movie that I saw in a theater was. When I lived in DC I was just a few blocks from the Uptown Theater- it was one of those great old movie theaters with a huge screen and an amazing sound system. It even had a balcony. So when blockbuster movies came out that was the place to see them. So the last movie that I saw there would have been either the last Harry Potter film or the last Lord of the Rings, whichever was more "recent". I haven't been in a movie theater since and don't miss it all.

I don't expect much but tickets are pretty cheap on Sunday and I need to kill some time between landing in AZ and the game so I thought maybe i'd see how it goes.
I don't really know what to expect.

It would only be worth going to if you have seats in the 16k seat stadium around the 16th hole. Party zone and a completely unique experience. Never been, but that hole is infamous.

Estimates are that up to 20K may have died in Turkey and Syria...so far they are saying 5K. A lot of historical and World UNESCO sites destroyed or damaged too....

It's one of the PGA events I want to go to. It seems like a good time. The 16th hole is obviously fun, but the rest of the event is supposed to be a little more 'loose' than other events.
You don't want your waste mangement to be too loose though...

I could imagine the rest of the site kind of being like a college dorm, where the huge party is only on one floor. If you aren't on the floor, you hear all the fun the cool kids are having, but you aren't invited.

Since the other posts, I do remember the frat party of an atmosphere at that golf event last year. While totally not my thing, I'm sure it is fun for people who like that party, tailgating, major college football type environment.

The only violence I experienced were from psychopathetic sex deprived nuns in grade school. Had one pull my hair and slam me against a wall and another grabbed me by my sweater and shook me violently like a ragdoll. Both instances I got in trouble for somebody else's misdeeds.
