On that note my Surface laptop decided after the last update that it didn't want to receive DHCP from my WiFi unless I restarted the point.

If anyone else is having trouble with that, disable IPv6

I have to ask....is there any actual use of that product?

That exact one is for nutters. But it’s just a Faraday cage. There are legit uses and/or reasons to use one with electronic devices. They just don’t apply to most people.

I’ll give you a weird corner case example. Sometimes as a consultant or service provider, you will come across an installation with existing hardware that has WiFi and you want to de-provision it. You might toss a cage over it to ensure it doesn’t open up avenues for attack if someone on site reactivates it. But it wouldn’t be that piece of crap.

First you hack my computer to get into my Notepad +++ files for whatever draft shenanigans for whatever sport, I forgot the context about that joke. Now you literally type up what I was thinking about just now. Get out my head you L33T hAx0r.

Thanks for all the help. Time to think about what direction to head in.
I have a Google mesh network, coming from a nighthawk where the 2.4 ghz radio died (and many other netgears over many years). Other than the limited configuration ability...in general I find after two years of use, it works fine. I basically run it to switches and hardwire devices to the switches. So the mesh just avoids me having actual cat(x).

As I get older, I find I just want plug and play things...I bought a Synology rather than homebrew my own NAS. Less brain I had to use to set it up.

But I chose Android over Apple for the Opposite reasons lol...

this looks fun. I was interested in the Pepsi merch at the time (liked the leather jacket), but I always have hated the taste of Pepsi.

Had the more specific MRI today and the results are showing a 8 mm lesion by my right inner auditory canal. Supposed to be an Acoustic Neuroma, which is benign, and anything less than 1.5 cm is considered to be "small". Still need to go to a specialist to figure out the best option moving forward.

Based on the internet, which Abe Lincoln told me is always correct, surgical removal before 1.5 cm gives the best chances of having no permanent impacts on the various nerves and "services" provided in that area. Basically, get it before it has a chance to tangle into things like your facial nerve and hearing because one they are there, it becomes more difficult to remove without causing facial paralysis and hearing loss.

I'd really rather not wait to see if it gets bigger. It is already causing me to have various symptoms, that led to the tests to begin with, so I say we just cut this sucker out now. Anyone got any surgical tools? Anyone with extensive practice playing Operation gets first dibs.

I swear I watched a documentary about this already on Netflix.

I wish you all the best man, I do have some tools and volunteer my services if you feel the need to take me up on it. You will have to describe what’s going on with much simpler words however.

Wait was the Pepsi jet talked about in the McDonald’s Monopoly money on HBO?

This looks enticing. Is it like that man who retired and found a loophole in a particular lottery offering?

Always love it when someone comes up with a method or scheme to win in ways that were not envisaged by those behind it.

Just checked Netflix. They have the same trailer and they’re saying the feature arrives on Nov. 17th.
